You are entering into a 12 month contract with SharpShooters Indoor Range. This contract authorizes SharpShooters Indoor Range to charge your credit card each month as payment for your annual membership. You are making a commitment to pay for an annual membership with 12 monthly payments. You are expected to make all 12 payments. Monthly payments will be equal and nonrefundable.

It is your responsibility to contact SharpShooters Indoor Range with a new credit card if the credit card submitted becomes lost, stolen, expired or otherwise unusable for the purpose of fulfilling your agreement to make monthly payments.

I (we) hereby authorize SharpShooters Indoor Range to initiate credit entries and/or debit entries as necessary to my (our) credit card account indicated herein.
